Throughout the inaugural Roux weekend 2019, guests and local Portlanders shopped a variety of hand selected products from female food purveyors and artists at Ace Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Portland. 100% of proceeds from the pop-up shop sales were donated to our partner, La Cocina, a nonprofit working to solve problems of equity in business ownership for women, immigrants and people of color. The mission of La Cocina is to cultivate low-income food entrepreneurs as they formalize and grow their businesses.
